Harmony ESG Youth
Harmony Co-Creating Tomorrow is a pioneering school-level international youth conference held by tGELF that brings together middle & high school students from India and overseas for a mélange of competitions and workshops, with the objective of searching for social, action-oriented leadership talent.
These competitions are our annual endeavor to identify leadership potential and honor today’s youth for their outstanding acts of community service, lending voice to action, and bringing positive change in our communities.
Youth Leader Competition
The Youth Leader Competition is a year- long student engagement programme to identify exceptional talent with emphasis on ethical, altruistic and action-oriented leadership. The vision of the competition is to promote social entrepreneurship and leadership by enabling school students to initiate change and make a sustainable impact on society.

Reel to Real Competition
Reel to Real competition aims to empower youth to use media for voice and become agents of positive social change. This is a movie making competition where students make a short movie based on a given socially relevant theme.

Magic with Colours competition aims to nurture the youth to use creativity of art for voice and become agents of positive social change. This is an art competition where students use the medium of art for a social message.

JA Company of the Year (CoY) Competition
The tGELF/JA India LEAD Company of the Year Competition, is in partnership with the US-based Junior Achievement Worldwide (JAWW) and tGELF/JA India, with the mission to create an entrepreneurial mindset and work readiness in the youth of today. Through this curriculum and competition, we seek to empower the youth to become problem solvers and job creators instead of job seekers.
